Remote Support

Using our Internet based remote support software we can securely connect to your PC to view problems and make changes as required.

We are also able to connect you to our systems in order to demonstrate database solutions or review prototype solutions while in development.

You will be given a one-time code for each session which you enter in the box below.

If you have been provided with a code for remote support

1) Please enter it in the box below

2) You will be prompted to download a small virus free plug-in

3) With your permission we can view your screen and share control of your keyboard and mouse

4) You remain in full control of your computer and can end the session at any time

We advise taking a backup of your database before starting a remote support session.
