Clients are offered support through a package of
phone, email, on-site visits and remote assistance according to
their needs.
We provide support and assistnace with all version of MS Access from 97 onwards. If you have an ealier version than this we will do our best to help.
Remote Support
If you have been provided with a code for remote support:
1) please enter it in the box below.
2) you will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in
3) with your permission we can view your screen and
share control of your mouse and keyboard
4) you remain in full control of your computer and can end the
screen-sharing session at any time
